Mr. Krah is a brilliant business lawyer from Dresden and a man of unusual connections known by

International Finance, Tax Havens and Private Foundations. But what exactly is Mr. Krah's role in the SSPX? In January 2009, he contributed to the creation of the
a joint-stock company Dello Sarto A.G., based in the tax haven of Zug (registration number of Trade: CH-170.3.033.031-9) 67.  This company was designed primarily to transfer
from Austria to Switzerland a large sum of money from a bequest. Receipt of donations, bequests and inheritance is indeed an important activity of the FSSPX 68.
In this case, the inheritance belonged to Rosa von Gutmann, the widow of a wealthy businessman. He was himself the heir to a great "dynasty" of steel industrialists, whose fortunes dated back to the 19th century.

The board of directors was Krah, the members being Krah himself, as well as Fellay, Niklaus Pfluger (then 1st Assistant General) and Emeric Baudot (then General Treasurer of the SSPX).
Finance and law as instruments of power?
Accustomed to high finance, Bernard Fellay did not limit himself to this Austro-Swiss operation; he is increasing the number of companies and foundations, particularly in neighbouring Liechtenstein, and dedicating a share of the of his energies to the management of the fortunes of his Fraternity. To our knowledge, there is no of personal enrichment, but Archbishop Fellay seems to be using money and law as instruments
This is particularly alarming in a fraternity that harbors abuses within it.
Combined with a near-obsession with legal certainty, Archbishop Fellay's interest in money-power is intended to allow him to remove anyone who is tempted to overshadow him. Thus, in 2011, Mr. Krah,
acting on behalf of Archbishop Fellay, threatens to sue an administrator of the blog Ignis Ardens, who criticized the links between him and the SSPX. In the end, the director is forced to resign.
This is very useful for silencing disturbing voices. In the same year, Mr. Krah assisted Bishop Fellay and his predecessor, Father Franz Schmidberger, in a
criminal complaint against a retired Belgian parish priest, Father Paul Schoonbroodt, for "defamation" (having published articles about the links between the Dresden lawyer and Archbishop Fellay), for "incitement to hatred" racial" (?) and for theft of intellectual property.
