That would be a matter for the Church to rule on, neither you nor I.  However, if concelebrated Masses are happening "all the time" where you live there must be a huge explosion of vocations and ordinations in Ohio

We have a bit of a Modernist here I see.  Church has already ruled on this ... via Tradition, and the Novus Ordo doesn't count.  Indeed, concelebrated Masses happen all the time, and not just in Ohio.

My son is a Resistance priest and the stipends are $20/Mass and $600/Gregorian.

Sure, if you go directly to a priest, most are very accommodating.  I've had a couple refuse the stipend because they knew me from back in the day.  But the SSPX website says they won't accept less there.
