Yes, a non-white Catholic will merit Heaven if he baptized and in the state of grace. No one is denying this. 



There are temporal and natural aspects of humanity that we are required by prudence to adhere to as well.

Well you can hit the lottery, sounds more like providence than prudence to me. I couldn’t care less about preserving skin tone. Preserving the Catholic faith is priority. And the longer you wait to reproduce little Catholics the less chance you got of producing 10-15 of the like the white Muslims in Iran do. Iran will keep the white peoples alive. Russia will keep the white orthodox alive. So I’m not worried about white peoples being wiped out. Western Europeans? Is that what you’re worried about? If that’s so good luck to you! You’re going to need it. It seems the way God deals is the more that’s given to a culture the more is expected of them and you guys dropped the ball. As for me I’m an American about 10 generations worth and my country is one messed up people. 😵‍💫👍🏻

Race is not merely skin tone, it's why we can identify non-whites when digital tools are used to make their skin white.
