    Any tips and suggestions?
Father Kevin Robinson had an excellent pamphlet in regards to Catholic wills.

  • What kind of tips or suggestions are you looking for?  A will directs how you want your property distributed when you die.  There are certain legalities that need to be observed, of course, but its just deciding how to give away your assets.  Not much more to it than that.

Also, in reference to the cremation comment above, don't put your hopes in whatever funeral plans you put in your will.  Most families don't even open the will until the funeral is over.  Make sure families members you trust know what your desires are for a funeral well before you die.
