My spouse has a bad knuckle-cracking habit. How do you help someone to break such a bad habit? It disturbs my sleep at night.

I am surprised a man is so neurotic. How can it disturb your sleep, surely she is not cracking her knuckles when she sleeps? If she does it last thing before sleep and again when she wakes up, then simply deal with it. She can only pop 20 joints at most. How long can that take?
