  • I can provide any more proof that you want, but I'm not going to ask for any more money you guys have already given so much.

I agree with you that my story is unbelievably terrible.

And currently it's not looking good for me.

  • James, some people on this website have trusted you from the beginning and still do.

Satan is tempting other people. Don't let it get you down. And if you need more help, please don't hesitate to ask. God will provide.

You have a beautiful family. Keep the Faith, and may God bless you in the crosses that you all are bearing.

  • You have to understand from our point of view. You totally ignored us, had no use for us in your life, until you needed money. That's a bad look. It makes your contact with us seem extremely utilitarian at best.

I was a member of the fisheaters forum since 2005 and also Angelqueen and another forum called Saint Robert Bellarmine run by John Lane. I was actually a member of this forum at some  point too. The fact of the matter is, I just haven't really used any forum very often at all since about 2012.

I definitely thought it would be a good idea to ask good holy Catholic traditionalists when we were desperately in need.

I have to add something else. This thread was full of people saying I was committing fraud. But they were saying it anonymously while I was posting with my real name. They said I was committing fraud because my story was so unbelievably horrible It couldn't be true. But now that I have proven that my story is true you were saying that I shouldn't ask good traditional Catholics for help when we're in such desperate need? I shouldn't ask a group of Catholics who profess the true faith which is so rare nowadays to help me with my situation, which is so unbelievably bad that people accused me of fraud?

Are the people at your traditional chapel helping you at all? I hope so.

Almost all of the donations have come from this forum, and I am eternally grateful for that and I hope God rewards everyone for their generosity.

which is so unbelievably bad that people accused me of fraud?
I am truly sorry for upsetting you. Just a few ideas to smooth things over a bit. First PEACE to men of good will. So thanks for posting some docs, that's super!  Did anyone accuse you of fraud?  All lot of the posts simply stated that the storyline was SUSPICIOUS.
...It is a certain sign that God loves you when we have health problems...at least He is thinking of you.
Most posts mentioned that they were praying for your family, and to get well.
..Context is important:  About 11 months ago a user was asking for funds to pay for a young women's funeral...the post stated that she had been a staunch Catholic, or something of the sort... A few diligent Cathinfo detectives exposed the truth within a couple of days! Her Faceboo pictures were anything but Catholic. So someone had just invented her religious zeal to appeal for money on this holy  Catholic forum. So understand that this Forum is 'suspicious' going forward.
Be assured many are praying for you that  God's will  be done.
    Welcome friend to the forum!
GiveSendGo is better, geared for us Catholics, as they make honest transaction$.

I think that's an exaggeration in the other direction.  Nobody knows that you were/are committing fraud, just that you MIGHT be.  See, if I posted something on a forum where nobody knew me from Adam, and nobody they trusted would vouch for me, I would not blame them for being skeptical and suspcious and cautious ... i.e. would not take it personally, since it's in fact the opposite of person (meaning, that it's precisely because they DON'T know you personally).

As for asking Catholics for help, nobody denounced that either, but, again, it's all predicated upon whether your story is true, i.e. that you're telling the truth ... which, despite your inclination to take it personally, is completely understandable.

So you needn't gaslight people who expressed some reasonable questions/concerns/skepticism, nor should you take it personally.
