Title: Is Paracelsusian Alchemy still considered 'Witchcraft'?
Post by: Änσnymσus on December 18, 2018, 08:29:12 PM
What about if you were talking the Paracelsusian school and Spagyrics included? It does not involve rituals or any of that stuff necessarily, except maybe an oath. Although there is heavy use of astrology within it.

At the same time many rulers in Christendom hired the services of alchemists. Its a very 'male-dominated' spiritual-scientific field apparently also to note.

While Witchcraft has surged in popularity in modern day as the article mentions below (Especially among the female population more), although it attracts people from both genders Alchemy as a field is attracting more men/boys.
