You say I'm not to make a judgement based on what I see on this forum, and you said previously that I'm also shouldn't believe what the SSPX or Resistance has to say about it. That only leaves sede sources themselves. But sede are hardly consistent. They are all over the place in their views. And they can be really nasty.
I know that there are a few sede priests who are kind. They are few, but they do exist. I don't think that they post on this forum.
Sedevacantism is similar to Jєωιѕн supremacism. Both groups believe themselves to be superior to all others. They believe that they have some sort of right to take over any group that they associate with, due to their supposed superiority. They have serious issues not only with anger, but with pride.
Sedes aren’t a group, that’s why they are not consistent.  There is no authority leading the sedes, they are just Catholics that recognize that Frank the environmentalist isn’t the Pope.
After recognizing that Frank ain’t Pope, there are countless differences among sedes on other matters about the crisis in the Church.

OK, I found the information on the Novus Ordo priest’s name, he is Fr. David Phillipson, here’s a link from CI from when he was at Phoenix: https://www.cathinfo.com/sspx-resistance-news/sspx-transfer-this-summer/
Correction:
The name of the Novus Ordo “priest” at the SSPX Chapel in Sanford, Florida is Scott Settimo and not James Phillipson.  Curiously both are Novus Ordo priests offering mass at the SSPX, and both were together at the SSPX Chapel in Phoenix Arizona at the same time. In other words they had two Novus Ordo priests in Phoenix.  Maybe that is why some parishioners left to start their own school with the Fraternity of St. Peter, after all, there is no difference between the Novus Ordo and the Fraternotu as far as the possible invalidity of orders, they may all be laymen.

Do you know if he was conditionally ordained?

I go to this parish, and I must say that as long as I went there, I only saw Father Phillipson gave Mass there until he was transferred to Las Vegas. I have never even heard of the other Priest. As far as the people leaving the Church to start their own school with the Society of Saint Peter, none of these families have left the Parish. In fact I see them every Sunday. They left and started a new school because they had concerns over educational issues. Now you have the real facts.
