Thanks for the ideas. What about scripture saying we must work if we want to eat?
Also a Saint whom I forgot who, said. Boredom, a desire for desires.

Whoa. Don't feel obliged to answer, but is this a non-hypothetical question?

To answer your question, suppose you became independently wealthy. Your most important resource now is TIME!! The one thing you have to earn your salvation, and the one thing you can't get any more of beyond what has been allotted you. No amount of luck or work can get you more of that.
So, now that you do have a huge amount of available time due to your sudden windfall, what should you do with it? Go to Mass every single day. Move to a place where you can do so if that is not possible where you are now. Give your time to God. Sing in the church choir. Serve Mass. Teach in your church school. Help with catechism lessons. Spend your time helping the priests in their apostolic work. Work for the good of souls however you can.
When you come to the end of your life, how will you want to have spent your time? Especially now that you have so much of it available (if you do)? Do all of that now, and until you die. You won't be sorry.
