So, the answer is to cleanse yourself of all of your iniquities in confession with a real priest and do not sin again.

You seem to have read an awful lot into their post. What I noticed is that they BURNED their copy of the CCC. That would indicate that they are at least starting to realize that the NO is not the real Church.

You are a newbie, we know nothing about you. Everything about me is known here. What I wrote comes from 25 years of experience in SSPX chapels.

If one in living in sin, one is not of good will, they love sin more than God. I did not accuse the OP of sin.

Your first mistake is attending RCIA.

Find a traditional priest(online or in person), attend a traditional chapel(if possible), and cut all connections to the Novus Ordo Protestant sect.

You seem to be misreading what I wrote now. I do not believe, nor did I write anything saying, that to go on sinning is OK. My point is prayer obtains the Grace to stop sinning. And particularly when someone is despairing (what I assume the OP meant by "fading") Mary is the one to fly to. I defy anyone to show me where the Church teaches differently.

My point was spelled out clearly, and it is very simple. In short, if one plays games with God they will receive nothing from their prayers. You'll see in all those saints quotes that they are talking about Catholics who go to mass, and even priests, and yet the majority will be lost, why is that? They all do Hail Mary's, yet they are of no avail because they are not of good will.

Keep in mind that I am talking about the "elite" of the Catholics, the so-called traditionalist in SSPX chapels, parents and their children who go to mass every Sunday while they are " living with a woman, fornicating, has a Novus ordo annulment, is attached to pornography, goes to the beach to see the naked women, lusting after women, going to bars to pickup women, practicing self abuse, using drugs, drinking excessively....... or if one is a female dressing immodestly to attract men, going to bars, having relations with men". I have seen first hand how they do not progress in the faith even after 10 or more years. I saw it also when I was a child in the 1960's when the only mass was the Latin Mass, and everyone was doing the same, and today they have all lost the faith.
