I had a priest in a catholic bookshop tell me years ago I needed an exorcism

I sought one through the catholic church and couldn't get anywhere

I suffered from uncontrollable anger and rage for years

This year i stumbled across some deliverance prayers on youtube, i prayed it and my heart started pounding and my body reacted

I prayed it again and had a massive coughing fit afterwards... and my years of anger and rage left me.......... All gone!

 I must have had rage for just under 15 years


My mind felt clear and I felt like I could finally be a true Catholic and give up sin.


I'm just wondering, as it was done by myself and not a priest, did Jesus himself relieve me, or did the deliverance guy doing the prayer acted as the priest

I know we are not meant to get rid of them ourself but the church never gave me one, i tried...Twice, with no luck
