Do you eat fruits? Try adding those back in to your diet. I think Dr. Saladino was on strict Carnivore diet but found that he needed some carbs.
Why are you intermittent fasting?
Also, sleep is important. Force yourself to stay in bed for 8 hours, until you get more regular sleep. If the dishes aren't done by 10pm, go to bed anyway. The dishes will be there in the morning no need to stay up to the point of hallucinating.
