“OMG”  Yours, not mine!  
“gosh”  God?  Which one?
“By golly”  May His Name be praised forever!

Sprinkle these responses into your speech in replying to the use of by-words.  Give no lecture, no sermon, just repeat until the person stops.  If he objects to your comments, say, “Yes, isn’t it annoying?”

There is only One God.  Don't encourage further blasphemy.
