  • How does one uphold the Fourth Commandment and honor his or her invalidly married, cohabiting parents?

  • A bit a background is important to be able to give practical hints.

E.g. do you live at home with them?
    How old are you?
    Are they at all religious?
    Are they Catholic?
Help of Christians, guard our land from assault or inward stain,
Let it be what God has planned, His new Eden where You reign.

  • You treat them with respect and courtesy, and obey them in all things lawful (assuming you're still under obedience to them) -- to the extent that you are not condoning (even implicitly) their sinful activity.

I'm an adult child who doesn't live with them.
They were baptized Catholic but show hostility to anything Catholic and if necessary they choose Novus Ordo.

If anyone says that true and natural water is not necessary for baptism and thus twists into some metaphor the words of our Lord Jesus Christ" Unless a man be born again of water and the Holy Spirit" (Jn 3:5) let him be anathema.
