No, and very few sedevacantists believe this.  Some of the dogmatic types would say stay home IF you can't find a non-una-cuм Mass, but that would be the closest you'd get.

I think non-homealoner sedes are hypocrites. Their beliefs should lead to home-aloneism, but they only go half-way and still condemn those who are not sedes.

It will shortly be a purely academic question. Most won't have anywhere to go to Mass regularly and will probably be so busy just trying to survive and find any valid sacraments that no one will have time to worry about the Pope question.
