In the 90's, I used to walk in south central (the "hood") in the middle of the night and the blacks didn't even do anything to me. Either "ghetto" blacks are not as dangerous as they are made out to be, or they all thought I was an undercover cop since it was a strange site seeing a white girl all by herself in the hood, or else my guardian angel was protecting me and made them oblivious to me. There was even blacks shooting at other blacks near me in a drive by and they weren't even concerned with my presence. And the 90's had more racial tension then now I think.
