  • Something fun for the end of the year...
What was your favorite thread of 2013? Funny, inspiring, informative?

I did not have a favorite one but I found that the charity of the members of CI towards those who were in financial trouble (several threads), quite edifying.

  • That one thread that Guest Unregistered started was my favorite. It had a little bit of everything.
"This principle is most certain: The non-Christian cannot in any way be Pope. The reason for this is that he cannot be head of what he is not a member. Now, he who is not a Christian is not a member of the Church, and a manifest heretic is not a Christian, as is clearly taught by St. Cyprian, St. Athanasius, St. Augustine, St. Jerome, and others. Therefore, the manifest heretic cannot be Pope." -- St. Robert Bellarmine

  • The thread confirming the two Sister Lucy's and the childhood photos
    comparison.
I have a photo of my Grandmother at the age of 7 and 90, and I can
tell that they are same identical person 83 years apart.

where this cancer who attacks The Resistance from within was given the boot.
He still infests another forum but at least he cannot do as much damage.

  • Well, I thought the thread about the handsome, pious, and very humble Sigismund was pretty cool.

  • I liked the one where Sean Johnson claimed to have begun or invented the Resistance or whatever claim he made, that was pretty funny.

Pablo was a standout in many ways, virtually all of them bad. However, his combination of immaturity and arrogance is still sadly all too common. Few, it seems, come to CI to learn or inquire or discuss. Many more come to preach and brag.

Two thumbs down for this already?? C'mon, give LH credit for having a self-mocking sense of humor. If soulguard, for example, had praised a thread he himself had written, he'd never admit to being the one doing the praising.
