  • What has fascinated me lately is that Russia has been doing many good things.

For one they are banning their orphans from being adopted by gαys abroad, they are banning gαy propoganda from spreading, they are encouraging large families. He gives young families subsidies to help them stay together and avoid divorces. He gives subsidies to families depending on how many children they have and structured to encouraging large families.

They are also strenghtening ties with the Russian Orthodox Church.

These things, if Russia is consecrated to the Immaculate Heart, could lead to the conversion of the Orthodox Church and therefore a Catholic confessional state in Russia.

Remember at low Masses prayers for the conversion of Russia are still said after Mass.

I wonder if God is using Russia as some sort of instrument.

Many don't like Putin. I did not at once but the facts speak for themselves. A country with the Reign of Christ the King I am sure would do these things.

    What do you think?

  • I believe it is a false religious revival that is taking place in Russia, akin to what happened with Vatican II. I guarantee you that we will soon see religious indifferitism, universal salvation, liberalism, modernism and other abominations being promoted by the Orthodox Church. Infact, we're already seeing it. There's a homo movement at work trying to hijack orthodoxy, just as there is in Catholicism. They even have a website, "orthodoxandgαy"

  • Ever since Obama decided to formally engage in Syria I've been thinking this might be the start of another kind of chastisement - only this time, we'd be the Communists, having made that Russian error our own, and they'd be the comparatively good guys, fighting Obama and his mohammedans in the U.S. as well as in Syria.

Maybe it's all the prayer for Russia after Mass that is bearing fruit towards Russia's conversion.

  • I would rather have Putin than Obama, but that isn't saying much. I am sure he has his down sides too.

  • Putin is divorced. Not very Christian. Alcoholism, gangland style justice, pornography of the most vile nature, etc. are rampant in Russia. Still a long way to go before we have a Franco like confessional state there.

Christian or heathen a leader is  right (and obligated)  to make laws based on Christian standards/morals/justice.
