    This was a Q brought up on "Spitzer's Universe" on ewtn last night.

    I wonder why there hasn't been more talk of this? Frankly, i was a little distracted while Fr Spitzer was answering so I probably missed something important, but one thing we all know is that Roe v Wade is a disaster that even liberal pro-abortion lawyers don't like. It is the most egregious case in history, period, but especially the most egregious example of legislating from the bench.

    The legislators (senators and congresspersons) are the ones who are to legislate. There are 3 branches of govt, not 4. But liberal justices are legislating instead of interpreting

    We should write to our R representatives in WA and ask for this emancipation proclamation or eo

    I guess even Catholics dont particularly care about the unborn?
