A word of advice from someone who's been on this earth for close to a half a century...
When someone "happens" to not do something, for no apparent reason -- there is often a very solid, necessary reason for it.
Don't give highly visible figures ("astronauts", etc.) a pass so quickly. If it seems they should do this or that, then your common sense is probably correct -- they should be doing this or that. Don't take NASA's lame excuses just because they're a high-profile, multi-billion dollar organization. That makes them less trustworthy, not more so.
I guess what I'm saying is:
Never attribute to stupidity what could be attributed to malice.Yes, that's the EXACT OPPOSITE of the conventional, normie, "conservative" conventional wisdom. AND THEIR VERSION DOESN'T WORK.
Hanlon's razor is an adage or rule of thumb that states "never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity."
