No. Anyone who would believe even a tiny fraction of what it says in your post is stark, raving mad.
I wouldn't dismiss any possibility
per se as out of hand "stark, raving mad" ... since that is precisely the tactic used by the government to shut down the spread of knowledge regarding any of their nefarious activities. I don't immediately dismiss anything as a result because they can play us that way. Now, of course, I don't believe everything either, but I will investigate the claims. Is there any evidence whatsoever for this? If this is based on no credible evidence, then, yes, this guy is stark, raving mad.
Now, is this the same "sedevacantist friend" who claimed that sơdơmy is an unforgiveable sin against the Holy Spirit?
And why the need to keep mentioning that he's a "sedevacantist"? Are you trying to smear the "sedevacantists" as kooks and sell the notion that sedevacantism is as insane as some of these other propositions made by this guy ... due to association. That's actually another tactic of the government. You put disinfo agents out there to pretend to be exposers of conspiracy and then make them say all kinds of insane things to discredit the true information.
