  • We heard that several of the priests and monks in Silver City have left, or were sent out around the time of Bishop Fellay’s visit.
We’ve seen one of the brothers here in Post Falls in lay clothes.
Perhaps someone on CI knows what happened?

Fr. Cyprian sent out the latest news newsletter and nothing unusual was mentioned.
You would think that “Friends and Benefactors” would be made aware of anything unusual going on, unless there is a cover up.

  • I have heard that there was a dispute among the monks as which Bishop they should be placed under, Bishop Fellay or Bishop de Gallereta. But without more solid evidence or proof, this is still a mystery.

I just read their latest newsletter yesterday afternoon and, to me, it didn't sound right.  This upset doesn't surprise me.
I think there has been something "brewing" there for years.  Father Cyprian used to always visit my area.  I haven't seen him in years.

  • If there is an internal disagreement about +Fellay v +de Gallareta, then I think there isn’t much ch of an argument:

6 of one v 1/2 dozen of the other.
