1) If a "psychopath" is so far "gone" that he lacks the use of reason, but he's been baptized, he can/will go to Heaven.

2) If a "psychopath" retains his faculties of reason, then he's subject to the same conditions as everyone else -- Baptism, retaining supernatural faith, and dying in a state of grace.
