  • No real defenders of truth have "the required ecclesiastic Canonical Provision to legitimately establish themselves as a Catholic religious order". If that is what you are looking for rather than truth, go with the Vatican II church, they have all the legals.
    From the same website:

It is unfortunate, indeed, that there are a multitude of obstinate persons who do not quite, or willfully refuse, to understand that the purpose of this project is NOT an attempt to unjustly defame or denigrate the innocent; but rather it is a continued effort to keep on “sounding the alarm” concerning the fraud being perpetuated upon the “scattered flock” by a narcistic, miscreant by the name of Frederick “Michael” Dimond; posing as an ecclesiastic Superior within his secular “not-for-profit corporation”; disguised as a self-identified Order of St Benedict (OSB) deceitfully called the “Most Holy Family Monastery” (MHFM).

It's still not too late to repent Brother Michael.

  • I agree 100%. The people that despise and detract against the Dimonds are just sheep following the crowd, the vast majority are scared to say anything good about them for fear of ridicule from the crowd. Nothing good comes from following the crowd. What I admire most about the Dimonds is that they are no respecters of men, they do not do what they do for money or respect, they do it for truth's sake only.
What a goat-headed response. Sheep? Yes, sheep. Sheep who might at least follow some trace of cannon law which, concerning the validity of renounced goods from novitiates prior to solem profession:

    "1917 Canon 581
1.One professed by simple vows cannot validly before, but within sixty days before solemn profession must, renounce all goods that he actually has, in favor of whomever he wants, subject to the condition of profession [actually] following, with due regard for any particular indults granted by the Holy See."

It wasn't valid. Eric Hoyle was officially with the "monastery" from 9/27/2005 to 12/31/2007. That's well short of 60 days prior to a solemn profession after 4 years upon entry. So then the brothers might argue that it wasn't really a renunciation but rather a series of donations ($700, $65,000, $1,233,100, $307,989) which according to their rules are irrevocable now matter what. I say "their rules" because as far as the Church is concerned, they are lawless hypocrite frauds. They say they follow the 1917 code of Canon Law, but here they clearly don't. They say it's a mortal sin to attend any Mass aligned with the false VII church, yet they attended some Eastern Rite VII Catholic church during Eric's time with them.

So when Mr. Hoyle requests just $750,000 of the 1.6 million he ended up giving to them, they let it go to civil court like a bunch of cartoonishly money-grubbing lawyer Jєωs instead of doing the right thing. But ah! The court's decision came down on March 21st! I wonder what Christ's decision will be when brought before His judgement seat, they cite St. Benedict's feast day and a miscarriage of justice.

    Fortuna finem habet.
