Criteria for a Good Wife

    • I'm so sick of the whining of trad babies about how slutty middle aged women pretend to be Catholics when they aren't because they are too drunk and won't marry them.

    Here's the criteria for choosing a good wife:

    -  a virgin  NO EXCEPTIONS
    -  between ages of 16-22 (a woman's fertility peaks at 25)
    -  still lives with parents
    -  has a strong devotion to Our Lady and the wearing of the Brown Scapular
    -  has verifiable hands on experience raising siblings (knows how to feed, diaper, bathe, nurse little children and babies)
    -  knows how to cook nutritious food from natural ingredients
    -  knows how to properly care for clothing (washing, mending, making)
    -  knows how to run a household without help from others
    -  is responsible with money
    -  has no debt
    -  is NOT a victim of childhood abuse (you will never have a normal marriage with someone who was abused)
    -  is NOT someone your friends consider "hot"

    There ya have it.

    • I would add: always dresses modestly.

    And I would delete: is NOT someone your friends consider "hot"

    I don't see any problems with having an attractive wife, as long as she is not prone to adultery.

    • Not talking about extremes like a woman covered in tattoos or crazy makeup I  think it would be hard to find a modestly dressed woman between 15 - 25 that men would not find attractive.

    • It's up to individuals to marry who they can.

    However, it's not up to interlopers (particularly priests) to engage in antaganostic behavior, as though they were trying to get the used cars off the lot first.

    What you are missing is those skills are important but not it. It's that the partying are not honest nor do they really have traditional values. I've known women who converted into traditional cultures and their backgrounds were nothing traditional. You would never know when meeting them, and they did not repeat the mistakes with their own daughters.

    I'm not the OP but I'm in my 40's, am still single, I don't live at home, per se, I live in a room above the garage but my Mom calls me on my cellphone (which seh pays for) to tell me it's time to come down for dinner.
