The issue is not that a person was violated as a child and can never marry. IMO man would be a fool to find the gem of a nice chaste stable young woman that only wants to serve him and build a life with him -but he walks away because she was raped as a child.
It's that parents and others do not take steps to guard their daughter's chastity when she is a teen, and she doesn't guard it herself either. She is allowed to go out unsupervised with friends, go out with mixed company without adult supervision, not even talking going away to college and living away from home from 18 -27 getting a professional degree. Young women willingly fornicate or put themselves in a position where it's easy for men to take advantage-like drinking in mixed company. Young women should be afraid if they fornicate a man will not want to marry them, instead of what we often find they are competing with their girlfriends for the "cute" guy in the church youth group or school. The parents don't take steps for her to meet men who would be good for her to marry either. If most were like minded, these social settings where they would meet would be part of life. Parents would also be relieved (over the constant concern/vigilance) once she is married to a good man.
