Confused and worried,

Hebrews 5,6 speaks about if you repent and then turn away from God, there will be no more sacrifice left for you from heaven and it would have been better for you to have not know the truth.

I have repented and come back many times. I am back. For good.

I am worred, I've messed up.

There's a saying that the just man sins seven times a day. We're imperfect creatures and will need Our Lord's help all the way until our last breath. The devil exists and will probably make you fall again when least expected. Don't get discouraged though.  I recommend reading about what final perseverance is about to fight those worries.
God bless.

It seems to me there is a distinction which needs to be made between turning from God and sinning.

We are all fallen creatures and will continue to fall.  We go to confession, pick ourselves up, do penance, do charity, and try again.

Turning from God means apostacizing.  I have been taught that if we are brought to Truth and then reject it, it would have been better if we had not known Truth, for apostacizing is a worse sin than having been ignorant.
