For a valid Sacrament, you need proper matter, form, intention, and validly ordained minister.
If I were in your situation, and couldn't get to a Traditional Latin Rite priest for Confession, I think I would seek an Eastern Rite (Catholic, not schismatic) priest before I'd go to a Novus Ordo. I just have too much doubt as to the latter's validity. Unless, as one poster suggested, you can find one who is very old, ordained before everything changed.
