When will women ever learn to be silent like Our Lady? Did Our Lady spend her time defending herself even when her Blessed Son appeared to not care of her in front of others? Even if a woman is not in the wrong, it is often better (for her own soul's need of mortification) to be silent rather than blabber endlessly about this and that. The common good comes before ourselves and our feelings.

If a woman cannot read what Vinny says and take some good counsel out of that, you either have a disease that is eating away at your brain, or are extremely proud. When in doubt, trust the man; he is gifted with more logic than women, generally speaking.

God would rather have you mistaken and humble, then proud and right.

Unless it’s you? You’ve dealt out a lot of advice on how to be a proper lady since you’ve been here but you’ve not displayed your own advice in your postings- being quick to anger and call names when others don’t agree with you. 

Just something to think about.
