Bodily reactions
« on: Yesterday at 02:24:52 PM »
I already asked a priest about bodily reactions to thoughts about sinful but non sɛҳuąƖ activities even if one does not consent to the activity. But what about feelings or emotions? Such as excitement, or a happy reaction from a person you are talking to, even if the conversation is not sinful.

How/why would you be concerned about a reaction from a person you are talking to? If the conversation is not sinful wouldn't you want the other person to maybe have a happy or excited reaction?

I mean that their possible reaction would cause myself to have an involuntary sɛҳuąƖ bodily reaction. There’s no sinful thought to consent to, but I still worry that there’s something sinful there.

I don’t know why that text was white.

There is no sin in involuntary reactions. I think that you are being scrupulous.
