  • Looking for anyone out there who knows of Bishop Robert Dymek. I am actually one of his children, and this past week, was advised by an attorney in KY that he had passed away (conjestive heart failure). My siblings and I have not spoken to out father in always 20 years, as he was always a hermit. We have tried to reach out to him over the years, but the trail has always gone cold (he was never a fan of cell phones or computers). To find out this past week that he became a priest and then a bishop stunned us all. We all hope he helped others these past years, but seeing many posts, we also see that he has caused pain and suffering to others. If this is the case, please accept our sincerest of apologies. We are trying to put the pieces of the past several years. If anyone has any information or even pictures, we would greatly appreciate it. Thank you and God bless!

  • It is my understanding that Bishop Dymek consecrated Markus Ramolla who may have the information you are seeking.  His chapel's website is:  http://ourladyofvictorychapel.blogspot.com/

  • Ramolla is in Europe, and Ramolla attended the seminary in Brooksville, FL under Bishop Sanborn.  Ramolla has a sour background to say the least.  Question is who thought they did the consecration of Dymek. Maybe Petko?  Still sourful  backgrounds.

Ramolla used to be in Europe.  Whether he went back or not, I don't know, but the website above indicates he's back in the U.S.
He did indeed attend the seminary in Brooksville.  He was ordained by Bishop Dolan.  Bishop Petko did not consecrate him or Dymek; he is not involved here.  It is my understanding that Dymek was consecrated by Bishop Slupski and it was Dymek who then consecrated Ramolla.
I agree that Ramolla is not a bishop I would trust for reasons I don't want to go into here.  I know nothing about Dymek other than what I posted here.

  • So, Ramolla has a site: read.  Ramolla says he was ordained by Dymek.  Ramolla says he regrets being around Bishop Slupski.  Well, there are many!!! who regret being around Ramolla.  Again, Sour full backgrounds.

  • Thank You for the WARNING that Ramolla is state side.  Seminarians from from Brookville can be ordained by Sanborn or Dolan.  Some say it maybe a toss of a coin or what "looks" best.  Ramolla "played" principal for SGG.  And then Ramolla put on a show at Albert the Great.  A show to make a seminary and OH, after the $$ comes, it doesn't work.  Imagine that.  I know a private priest who knows of the horror and I will NOT give him away, he to was treated bad.  Thomas Droleskey was a part of the fun!  A married man, made a priest and there is talk he is a bishop, go figure.  But of course who wants to take this post beyond.

  • It is an opinion, that Ramolla, was not to remain a principal.  L. (former principal) was trouble as the SGG school had trouble and parents/parishners wanted something to take place.  Ramolla comes in and after a year ? he is out and L. is back to being the principal.  It just appears to me, that it gave some people to "feel"  ($)for Ramolla, followed him to St. Albert the Great.  Talk of a seminary to be formed,($) and it fell and off goes Ramolla ($) to Europe with a miter.
    Such Sorrow!!

  • Bishop Dymek was Holy and saintly man.  He was desirous of the things of the Lord.  He was competent in very many areas of ecclesiastical excercise, and was a fine witness to the testimony of the Catholic Faith in our time.  He was very ascetic, devout, formidable at times, and gentle at others.  He will be missed by many.

  • Ramolla is currently in Cincinnati.  He just ordained someone to the priesthood and has another seminarian.

  • Thanks again for the warning.  I know an independent priest, personally there.  I am sure he is staying clear of Ramolla and whoever he ordains.Ordains?  He thinks he is a bishop, does he?

  • We were given contact infornation for a Mr Payne at St John the Baptist Chapel in Louisville, KY.  He was the one that helped our dad the past few months and was the one that found him. He said that dad was pretty much a hermit, and also knew his time was coming to an end. He had a hard time standing, and withdrew for the public about a month and a half ago.
