  • TO THE CHILDREN OF R. DYMEK: I posted that I knew him well but after reading some replies of others, who obviously did NOT know him, I'm sickened. I feel God is telling me to publicly defend a man we knew and loved. Yes, he was a hermit....for many years now. He was fully committed to the Lord. He was humble, brutally honest (even when we didn't want him to be) and loving. He genuinely cared about the souls of everyone. He always said "Lord willing" and "don't worry, the Lord will provide". He told us when we were wrong. He cried for and with us. Just being at the funeral was hard--however, it was a beautiful requiem Mass. His grave is atop a hill with a gorgeous view. I plan to keep flowers there. We miss him, always will. There will NEVER be another like him. Please contact me...do NOT believe the filth anyone (these folks obviously did NOT know him) is spreading or saying about him. He was nothing but a fully dedicated man of the Lord. We miss him dearly. How dare anyone speak badly of him. Contact me for my email.

PS--I am sorry this posted 3 times. I intended for it to show my screen name so you can msg me for email address.

  • Looking for anyone out there who knows of Bishop Robert Dymek. I am actually one of his children, and this past week, was advised by an attorney in KY that he had passed away (conjestive heart failure). My siblings and I have not spoken to out father in always 20 years, as he was always a hermit. We have tried to reach out to him over the years, but the trail has always gone cold (he was never a fan of cell phones or computers). To find out this past week that he became a priest and then a bishop stunned us all. We all hope he helped others these past years, but seeing many posts, we also see that he has caused pain and suffering to others. If this is the case, please accept our sincerest of apologies. We are trying to put the pieces of the past several years. If anyone has any information or even pictures, we would greatly appreciate it. Thank you and God bless!
I would love to tell you how your father helped everyone he encountered. See my posts and please, please contact me. Thank you.

  • Bp. Ramolla is a pious priest/bishop. He is a good man. I witnessed the abuses that occurred at SGG under the leadership of Mr. ________. To say he was old-school discipline is part of the problem. He bullied those children, young and old alike. I pulled my children out- but damage had been done. It’s left a bad taste. Bp. Ramolla would have been a great addition to that school but nothing was done but to shoot the reformer - Fr. Ramolla, and use him as a scapegoat. It continues today. He’s a good and holy man full of zeal for Church. All this divisevness is truly damaging. Rash judgment abounds in traditional church because a lot of lay “canon lawyers” think they know it all.

None of us know the background of this Bp. Dymek, so let’s suspend judgement and pray for our fellow Catholics.

  • And this says what...? He was married. He had children. I’m happy for them and hope the family did well. And who wants to throw the first stone here? This is brought out to condemn him? Was his marriage valid? Was there an impediment to it? I suppose there was a rift of some sort. Did Mrs. Dymek pass away? Are these children now Novus Ordo and don’t follow traditional Catholicism? And thought dad went crackers? And never stopped lecturing him? How many families are a bit distant because of the rift between Trads and NovusOrdo? Mine is. My very closest sister in law now distributes “Holy Communion.” She is very pope-committed and maintains I’m in a cult. I haven’t talked to most of my family for years for this and other various reasons.

Are we to judge by a simple photo?
As I recall St. Peter had a mother-in-law who was ill with fever. Acts of the Apostles.

  • Bishop Ramolla is no good.  I know an independent priest who was around him at St. Albert the Great.  He let us know about Ramolla and I myself would stay clear of him.

  • Bp. Ramolla is a genuinely good man: very personable, friendly and of good humor. Cheerful. He is a very intelligent and dedicated priest and humble too. He received very good training from MHTS and SGG. His Mass is beautiful, not too long. Not too short. The chapel itself is very pleasing and in an attractive and safe location.  Sermons are spiritually uplifting! He is an exceptional preacher! He’s trying to bring the sacraments to his flock despite some very big obstacles. Our Lady of Victory is a fine chapel. Good people. A blessing to Catholics. Deo Gratias.
