  • I have a gαy couple for a neighbor.  Obviously I don't approve of it.   My wife and I are considering whether they would be a good babysitter occasionally for our kids  the two ladies have two kids of their own. Should I let them babysit our kids? They respect out beliefs on Marriage.  I feel it's like going to a Jєωιѕн store to buy modest clothes we don't agree but we buy their stuff.

  • NO!  Do not allow your children to be alone in the presence of these women---ever!  Perverts are perverts, no matter how nice or responsible they appear.  This particular sin is never unaccompanied by demonic possession, the reason why so few ever break free of it.  As parents, you temporarily transfer your God-given authority to others for purposes of babysitting, education, health care, etc.  God holds YOU accountable for your choice of who will stand in your place.  Whatever demons control these women WILL harm your children.  Can't you find a responsible, godly woman or mature (!) teenage GIRL from your chapel?  Even if it entails the inconvenience or greater cost, consider the worth of your children's souls.  If none can be found, sacrifice your desires and stay home.  Better yet, choose a family outing and go together.  If it's errands or other necessities, bring your children along for lessons in handling life's many mundane chores. Example, a trip to the DMV to renew your driver's license can be a learning experience, or a four hour nightmare.  It's up to you.

Glad to see we have some sane Catholics here on CathInfo.

I like it when other members beat me to it, as far as contributing sanity to a given thread.
