I recommend SSPX, or any chapel with Traditional priests, except NO.
If none, stay home and pray hard for the sacraments.
In other parts of the world like Asia, most mass centers see a priest only 1x a month. You are better off that way.
As for catechism material, I recommend, My Catholic Faith, and stories of the saints to supplement. The stories have always inspired my children, and they always get excited with "new" facts they glean from these stories.
Saint stories are also a great way to "see" their faith in action.
To stay Catholic you will have to get away from the NO, not just because of clerical abuses, but also because it will erode your faith.
I used to attend NO TLM because I was so afraid of being "outside" the church, especially becoming sedevacantist.
I imagined that if I avoided SSPX and others outside I will stay faithful to Tradition.
But the effects of the NO are so pernicious that I can honestly say it was STAYING IN THE NO TLM that actually drove me to go "outside" and be with SSPX. And sedevacantism is not as scary or fearful a position to be in. There are in fact some very worthy arguments and considerations to consider there.
I saw right before my eyes that the longer I stayed in the NO TLM whether Indult or FSSP, the greater the indifference and secularism/humanism of the faith. Especially for children, that environment is very hostile to the faith. a lot of the families we knew ended up with their children either rejecting the faith or being Trad INO or OSU, and the atmosphere became more "cultish" than Catholic.
