Hi, I've noticed an ongoing all day ambulance sirens where I live ( I live in the upper class area of London - hence why I'm posting anonymous) 

I don't live near ANY hospital, but all day I hear ambulances - all day. It's mad, but also unsettling. 

Is anywhere else having this problem ?.

Of course there is.  Immigration is also increased.  Our newspaper even reported that new immigrants are coming with both physical and mental issues.  With the flu and increased patient load from immigration, not to mention staff abuse and attacks by patients, hospital staff are fleeing the hospitals for private medical practices or leaving the profession all together.  Staffing has gotten so bad hospital emergency departments are closing on a rotating daily basis and the government is considering letting immigrant nurses and doctors staff them WITHOUT BEING RETESTED to North American standards.
In the past month I've had to be both in the emergency dept. and doctor's office and I was the only one or one of only a couple caucasian people in the waiting room.
And the government says we need more immigrants!

You live in a  huge city. People die, get sick, get hurt all the time. If you can't stand hearing a siren you are in the wrong place. 

People might be dropping dead from the trojan horses ("vaccination") more and more, now, as time passes. It's been almost two years since they rolled out the death shot. The deaths are increasing as predicted by canaries in the coal mine.
