Number one duty is mothering. To hell with the housework. If anyone complains, hand them a mop.
Yes. When I see a new Mom with a clean organized house, I know that Baby is not the number one priority. Ignore any judgemental relatives. When I see a cluttered house I know Baby is more important than appearances.

For cooking: make dishes that don't require much watching (baking in the oven, air fryer, soup in high pressure cooker/slow cooker, steamer to steam). Use frozen veg, chopped meat to minimise cutting.
For cleaning: wait till your husband to get off work or have a break to take turn to clean/care for children; deep cleaning on the weekend with your husband's help.
If necessary, get a hand from family, get grocery and food delivered. You can only do so much yourself, it's not laziness, God didn't design us to be on our own.
