I waited until I found my Mr. Right, where there were none of the many red flags mentioned in the OP. 

 
So did I and thank God. Some women are so desperate to make the wrong man into the right one they’ll overlook the red flags. OP this man is behaving the best he’ll ever be towards you as you’re in courtship stage. He’s telling you he has no regard for Catholic morality as it’s ’your thing’. What do your family think about him?
