    So in summary, it's just another case of humanity falling into pride and self-love as opposed to love of God and neighbor which produces the lack of interest in obeying God's will at least in basic Christian values.  That is why--once again--our patient God will have to take away society's material comfort, on a massive scale since the loss of religion is on an equally massive scale, which will make many a human being BEG God's help for their very lives--and that will bring about religion in souls again!  God sustain us!!!
