    • Proboards notification says it was terminated under clause 25a - which basically says 'cuz I felt like it'. Anyone know whats going on?

    If they're like other Liberal organizations, you'll never know the real reasons, because at best they can say that it was for some minor infraction when it was really for something else.  Maybe they were getting too many complaints from readers?

    1. We don't know what it means.

    2. Yes, a man named "Tradfly".

    3. Not sure. I still haven't heard any rumors, much less facts, about why he suddenly shut down the forum. But see my post in the other subforum on this topic. It happens. There are a million things that can enter into a man's life that will cause him to say, "I don't have time to run a forum anymore". Especially a young and/or single guy for whom life is just beginning.

    Clause 25a says they can close any forum for any reason without giving the reason. So we do not know why they closed the forum. And SSS had nothing to do with ABL 2.0. He started ABL 1.0 but after he closed that forum he had nothing to do with ABL 2.0. That forum was started by others.

    • Good! that wannabe forum, just like the other, Suscipe Domine are basically echo chambers with no real substantial Catholic discussion. If the moderator happens not to agree with you, then the conversation is over. Therefore, there is nothing but teenager - like, lukewarm discussions there.

    Cathinfo is the best forum by far and has the best posters.

    I'm not 100% sure either, but I think maybe among other things, he might have been dealing with some health problems.

    I agree. I went over there a few times, and it's mostly people who were banned from Cathinfo. Some of them had to be banned over there too. It's a mess.
