The SSPX and SSPV view the Thuc line as doubtful, so he’s in good company. I’d never go to a Thuc clergyman myself( I’m not passing judgement on those who do- just speaking for myself)

Banz,

When an ordained Bishop with good intention pours water onto a baby's head and says:
"I baptize you in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost",

What happens ?

Answer: The baby is baptized.

When a bishop lays hands on a candidate for the priesthood and invokes the ordination rite, what happens?

The candidate becomes an ordained priest.

Bishop Thuc's bother was the president of South Vietnam, a very devout Catholic, he was αssαssιnαtҽd by orders from John F. Kennedy. Kennedy was himself αssαssιnαtҽd about two weeks later.
