I honestly would consider it a cultural thing and not a race thing.
I think that things have happened to cause harm to African-American cullture.... whatever those things are (among them being Jєωιѕн subversion, I believe).
However, I don't believe it is race. I think a lot of the people from Africa are great people. You see a lot of religious and family values with a lot of Africans.
I don't think believe any of this nonsense that black people are genetically criminal or anything ridiculous like that. Criminality is being promoted by rap music. Criminality is being promoted by women fornicating with criminals.
Moral corruption is being promoted to African-Americans and has been for a long time- for example, look at the 1970's exploitation movies or blues music.
If you hang around people who just came to the US from Africa and African-Americans- you can see things are very different. The issue is culture- not race. I'm not saying their can't be a biological component but the determining component is via the free will of the individual and culture can alter the will and thus alter misbehavior. If there is a biological component for what may manifest as violence- this same biological component I believe can also serve as a component of virtuous heroism. Ultimately, we as human beings are determined by free will and not biologically determined.
