Notice that the altar at the end of the reliquary is ready for a Canonized Traditional Latin Mass. Imagine the honor it would be for a true priest to come in there and say Mass at this beautiful and historic place. I would be absolutely certain that there is a niche hollowed out in the top surface where the Altar Stone is placed. But there would be no stone there until a priest is going to say Mass. Curiously, modern priests often don't know about altar stones because they don't teach that anymore in Novus Ordo seminaries.
