When I go to my Zumba class, I wear baggy pants and a big shirt. At my age no one looks at me anyway. lol! I stand in the back corner and dance up a sweat, I can't do the jumps but I can stand high on my tip toes when all these young girls jump a foot into the air.

The reason I go has nothing to do with pride, I just need to be able to move. I care for my 96 year old mother, and grandchildren that live with me during the 10 months of school. Prior to going to Zumba I was getting injections into my spine because the pain was so bad I couldn't move well. The doctor told me, no more injections for me, because I had all my body could take without serious side effects. So I tried Zumba, and after 4 months of it, all my pain disappeared.

I'm like you, Myrna. For me exercising is mainly about maintaining my health. I'm glad the Zumba was so helpful for you.

That is a humorous contrast, Lybus!

Lybus, it is incorrect for you to refer to yourself with 2 or more consecutive words. For example, in your last sentence above (Saying above in this circumstance is redundant.), you wrote "I myself." It is sufficient to write "I." It is not sinful to not know this, but I feel that it is important to point out errors when I see them, so that we can live in a more organized and congenial world.

Btw, Lybus, are you surprised that chocolate milk is the best exercise drink? me personally I myself am.

I fixed your post.

You still missed a couple.  :stare:
