The normal kind.  Back straight,  toes (feet together) and arms (palms flat ont he floor) supporting the body, lowering my face to where my nose nearly touches the floor.

After I posted I could do at least 40 I dropped down and did a set of 40 to verify I could do it.

Which is this Church for him? The Conciliar Church, this is clear."

lybus i dont mean to offend you, just freindly correction, but "me personally" is uneccessary in that sentence

as far as working on farm to stay in shape, this is undoubtedly true.

btw chocolaye milk is the best workout drnk according to this study: http://lifehacker.com/5815625/the-best-post+exercise-drink-chocolate-milk

I don't know why but i find it really funny that you would point out a rhetorical (or perhaps grammatical?) error on a thread that is about building up strength through bodily sweat and labor. It is like having Mr.Olympia and Harvard professor together in one room; a funny contrast. Nothing wrong with it, of course, but it's funny.  :dwarf:  :detective:

btw what exactly is wrong with it (I honestly don't know)? I was attempting to distinguish between the generality of practicing combat training and the particulars that I myself practice.

that is humorous contrast lybus!

lybus it is incorrect to refer to yourself with 2 or more consecutive word. for example, in yur last sentence above you write "I myself." It is suffiencient to write "I." it is not sinful to not know this, but i feel it important to po9nt out errors when i see them, so that we can live in more organized and congenial world.

btw, lybus, are you surprised that chocolate milk is best exercise drink? me personally i myself am.
