This is most likely true, but not to the degree which English speaking peoples seem to be ingrained with. In his book, Blood Drenched Alters, Francis Clement Kelley (who is a brit I believe) explains how those of English speaking countries have anti-Latin/Spanish tendencies ingrained in them from a young age. This isn't the case with Hispanics, in general. And if it is, its anti- Americanism not anti-White, in my experience.
