What is the Catholic Church's view on the Practice of Yoga. I know that you are engaging in self worship. Any other thoughts

Yoga is part of the New Age Movement, which has been condemned as a heresy by the Catholic Church. Yoga derives from paganism and/or hinduism I think. Vatican II ignored the dangers of yoga and has actually had it placed in some of the liberal Novus Ordo parishes. Considering the fact that it has been officially condemned though, my advice to you is: Stay away from it and don't listen to any ignorant NO Catholic who tells you it is ok.
