This most wicked priest started early adulthood, possibly childhood, as a petty thief. He went to the best seminary the world has ever known. Immediately after his ordination, he betrayed his Bishop for 30 pieces of silver. When it was clear his scheme was to result in his Bishop's death, he returned the money, showing he had more faith in God's enemies than in God Himself. When this Most August of Bishops was arrested, the priest was given one last chance to repent. He was addressed as, "friend." Stubborn to the end, this evil priest hardened his heart all the more. When he saw he wouldn't get his own way, he committed ѕυιcιdє in a fit of final impenitence; hung and disemboweled himself, and went to Hell.
OP, you're right. There's "no need 2 name him." Please examine your conscience for whatever sin resulted in this thread. Has a priest sinned against you or a loved one? Do you feel lifted up by putting others down? Maybe you, yourself are a priest having sinned away God's Grace? Avoid the bad death of Fr. Iscariot. Get to Confession---even a wicked priest's absolution cleanses from sin. Save your soul!
Can anyone top Fr. Iscariot for wickedness? If not, then will Matthew please remove this thinly disguised invitation to sacrilegious detraction and slander from CathInfo?!!!
