Where has Lover of Truth gone? He hasn't posted in months. Now that he isn't posting this subforum is dead. There are almost no posts now.

People like Lover of Truth should consider the following that Bishop George Hay wrote in his The Sincere Christian:

LoT disappeared JUST before the arrival of that Bosco character. I accused Bosco of being LoT, and Bosco never denied it. Then Bosco disappeared ... after being exposed as completely ignorant of the theological issues surrounding BoD.

Maybe he finally saw the light and realized that he was harming souls by his trying to figure out things in public.

I would think most likely he was telling a muslim that he didn't need to convert in order to be saved, and then the muslim told him to convert or die...so now he is trolling the muslim forums with 17 page posts.

It was obviously meant to be a joke and anyone reading it would understand it was not really true but it was just a joke. Is is slander to tell a joke like that? I don't know if it is.

No, it's not. Nobody really believes that LoT is actually doing this. It's just a little bit of sarcasm/satire ... taking the positions he advocates to the absurd.

It amazes me that some people on this forum do not know what satire/joke is.

Sarcasm, ridicule, jokes about a person, and making fun of someone, are actions that display a lack of respect. Your defense and rationalization of the obvious distain you hold towards this person is disappointing.
