What about that woman who married a rollercoaster? What gender is she?

Someone who, in a sane world, would be institutionalized for her own good. She isn't right in the head, that's what.

She's called a CRAZY PERSON. Her engine is a few quarts low. She's a few joints short of a frat party. A few nerds short of a Star Trek convention. A few notes short of a melody. A few woodwinds short of a symphony. A few hicks short of a tractor pull. A few fights short of a hockey game, and a few weirdos short of a Trad chapel.

You get the idea.

Your post reminds me of a great sign I saw at an anti-Target transgender bathroom protest. It said "Transgenderism is a mental disorder, not a civil right."

Just look at all the possibilities nowadays

In traditional livestock symbolism, a perpendicular stroke across the, um, arrow shaft of an otherwise male symbol signifies physical castration, becoming e.g.: steers (bovines), geldings (equines), and (if I recall correctly), capons (poultry).  It does not indicate a combination of male and female characteristics per se (so it's not an overlay of an arrow shaft by a female-signifying cross, also per se).

If the notation hasn't been extended to the innocent choir-boys who were confined to a particular vocal range by initiation as castrati, it certainly could be.  Likewise the eunuchs of oriental cultures (not only East-Asian, but also Islamic), to whom were trusted important leadership roles, plus the care of women who were more-or-less owned by powerful men.  I suppose that the person facing the knife--or sword--rarely had any practical option to reject what would be an irreversible physical modification
