What good comes out of attending daily mass? How does it benefit a person?

One day a person who had interested himself on the benefit of a certain soul who had died was visisted by the soul to let him know of his delieverance. The person asked him what one thing helped him the most. The soul took his friend by the hand and led him to the chapel where mass was being celebrated.

I wish I could attend daily Mass. If I was willing to go to the indult, which I am not, I could attend daily Mass about 45 minutes away from me by subway, but there is no daily SSPX Mass near me.
